At Newbury Park, we are passionate about fostering a love of music through a dynamic curriculum. Using the Music Express scheme, pupils develop musical skills such as rhythm, melody, and harmony while exploring genres and instruments. Our music lessons encourage creativity, collaboration, and self-expression, with opportunities for singing, composing, and performing. By building on these skills, we aim to inspire a lifelong appreciation for music while developing pupils' confidence and teamwork.

The Music Mark Schools Programme celebrates and supports schools that are committed to providing high-quality music education. As a Music Mark school, Newbury Park Primary School has shown that we recognise the value of music education as part of a broad and balanced curriculum. Our membership in the programme also highlights that we have a strategy for music in place, which provides for all children, and that we are willing to develop and improve our music provision.
